My Story
I lived this. That's why I built it for you.
I grew up in a small town — Clinton, North Carolina. I tried college. I tried program after program. None of them gave me the income I wanted or the freedom I was chasing.
By 2018, I was in a marriage that had become routine but had no happiness left in it. Emotionally, I was at the lowest point of my life. So I walked away. And that same year, I had my first six-figure tax season. I built my first house. I got to nurture my grandmother until she passed. I became the first millionaire in my family.
Then in 2022, in the middle of a mental health breakdown and an unsafe relationship, I lost nearly everything again. And for the second time, taxes saved my life.
